Cloris' Story

I’ve spent over 10 years helping leading Fortune 500 brands grow, working on strategies that turned around eight years of declining sales into sustained growth for a global retailer. Along the way, I’ve also supported digital transformation projects for major Australian companies in retail, airlines, and banking, combining technology and AI to improve how businesses work and connect with their customers.

One of my most inspiring moments was working with a Parisian fashion house on improving operations in Australia. Walking into their world of timeless elegance left a lasting impression on me. I learned that true luxury isn’t about exclusivity—it’s about trust, quality, and creating something that feels meaningful.

That experience inspired me to co-found a platform for authentic second-hand designer items.
